Hurricane Re-Entry Passes

Passes are issued by MAIL ONLY at this time, 1011 Bienville Blvd. Dauphin Island, AL 36528.  Please fill out this FORM and, with a self-addressed stamped envelope, mail in a check or money order made payable to Town of Dauphin Island for the total amount of re-entry passes (passes are $5 each, up to 4 per household). 

 

If it is your first time purchasing re-entries you must show proof of ownership.

 

Permanent residents – 5 years
Part time residents – 2 years
Renters – 1 year
Business owner/contractors – 1 year
